Environment Supervisor
Lowongan Kerja Terbaru 2012 Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
Study rules and regulations related to environment
Set up Environment Management System and Standard Operating Procedure related to environment that complies to company’s standard, prevailing government regulation, and ISO 14001
Coordinate and develop Environment Management System with related internal and external parties
Coordinate implementation of Environment Management System and program in all company’s area
Control activity to monitor implementation of Environment Management System and program
Evaluate and review implementation of Environment Management System and program and develop promotion and education program
Coordinate implementation of Environment Management System and program in all company’s area
Control activity to monitor implementation of Environment Management System and program
Evaluate and review implementation of Environment Management System and program and develop promotion and education program
Set up inspection plan and program, and audit that complies to prevailing rules and regulations
Regularly evaluate and review audit program implementation and audit finding, and inspection of Environment Management System implementation
Verify improvement recommendation based on finding result and improve audit and inspection system
Conduct study on mechanical, electrical and civil design and identify that environment aspect is accommodated in the design
Recommend design change to control impact of design to environment based on prevailing environment standards
Review and evaluate reports on Environment Management System implementation
Prepare regular department's activity report i.e. Environment Management System monitoring and implementation report, report on environment quality, inspection report, audit and investigation report etc
Communicate QSE goals and standard in their area of responsibility
Monitor department personnel involvement in the implementation of QSE Management System
Coordinate identification of incidents and non-conformance root cause and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
Report and document all incidents and non-conformance in their respective areas
Identify development need of subordinates and determine their development method
Conduct on the job training to subordinates
Share knowledge with subordinates and colleague
Conduct and report on the implementation of management tools
Supervise the implementation of management tools by subordinate
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring Environmental/Health/Safety or Mining Engineer
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is a must for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.Have Reclamation Certificate and Hazardous Certificate is a must
minimal 2 year exp as mining supervisor or environment management supervisor at mining company is a must
Willing to be placed permanently at Kalimantan Timur (No rooster system)
