Requirements:
Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
Have significant expertise in Human Resources matters.
Familiar with training need analysis and evaluation skills.
Has experience in Organization Development.
Has facilitation skill.
Able to establish relationship or other culture and background.
Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiar with employee administration process.
Able to communicate clearly.
Flexible and open minded.
Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and supports others.
Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner.
Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
