Bachelor Degree from any discipline with GPA Min.2.75
Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written)
Handling agency or sales team experience (Life Insurance)
Excellent interpersonal and Target achievement oriented
Strong initiative & teamwork, excellent communication skill & leadership
Have a good target achievement history
Able to enhance the target annually
Able to work under pressure
Team Player and highly motivated
