To develop Human Capital Information System
Communicate with System Analyst and Web Designer to have same vision and direction of the application developed
To make necessary technical documentation
General Requirement:
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Self-motivated, independent, creative, adaptable, assertive, and computer literacy
Able to work efficiently under work pressures
Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Technical Requirement:
D3/S1 in IT/Computer Science/Telecommunication/Engineering
Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in utilizing:
RDBMS database (MS SQL/ ORACLE/ MySQL/ DB2)
Java/Script, Visual Basic/Script, HTML, ASP.NET, XML., PHP
Zend Framework
Have experiences in developing Human Resources system/ ERP System
