Lowongan Head of Planning & Budgeting
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
Having experience at least 5 years experience in banking (preferably including a minimum of 2 years with a Multinational Bank)
International Experience will be highly regarded
Experience in co-ordination of forecasting and budgeting
Experience to deliver quarterly forecast including detailed driver analysis and annual plan to Bank
Experience in develop internal detailed budgeting process for the Bank (including six-monthly BI plan)
Experience in develop detailed expense reporting framework to coincide with new budget allocations, review and improve cost allocation methodologies
Accounting knowledge combined with strong business acumen
Sound financial analysis skill
Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
Able to work well under tight deadline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English
