Under the brand of Fren and Hepi, Mobile-8 is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Indonesia holding nation wide licenses for CDMA technology and FWA one. Fren are now in entire Java island, Madura, Bali, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, South Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi while Hepi has just been launched in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Banjarmasin and would be in other cities as well. As part of our commitment to widen the operational coverage and enhance services around Indonesia, we are now looking for self driven and dynamic professional to join our team as:
Area Sales manager (Location : Jakarta)
Reporting to the VP - Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force.
In details, you will be taking care of:
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure the subordinates, sales supervisors and team leaders, achieve the sales target set
Responsible for the product spreading to the level of retailers levels
Analyze the existing channels, and review for their developments
Manage the sizeable team, including their development
Monitor the stock levels in channels
Requirements :
Hold a University Degree in related majors,
Has previous proven track record in sales experience, in telco/FMCG/ related products, of a minimum of 4 years working experience in managerial level,
Posses key attributes such as strong result oriented attitude, sound leadership skill, good analytical skill, fine interpersonal and communication skill (including negotiation skill), innovative, and has team working spirit.
