Qualification & Experience:
Have an experience in “Sauce and Grill section “
Preferable have an experience in fine dining restaurant at least 1 year
Thorough knowledge of gastronomy
Quality and quantity control of food production
Hotel school education will be an advantage
Advise, and supervise direct subordinates with cooking methods, and techniques.
Male or female maximum 30 years old.
Communication in english (oral & written) passive
Able to work in shift and to work in a team
Passionate, creative and an excellent hands on trainer.
