Our scope of work will be to construct a large manufacturing warehouse plus a number of utility buildings, canteen and guard houses. Responsibilities:
To manage the human resource function with the objective of contributing the profitability of the business through the effective utilization of recruiting, selecting, development and retention of its resources.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines ;
Minimum 10 years experience in human resources/ min 3 years exp. in managerial level preferably in mining / construction industry;
Good understanding of local statutory requirements;
Experience in human resources generalist having exposure to having managed all areas of human resources esp. on site based.
Preference: Batam residence
