Responsibilities:
Manage and control production in the kitchen.
Ability to create and develop new menus.
Trainings and maintain all menus' standard recipes and food quality.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation standards.
Manpower schedule.
Maintain production food cost and operating expenses.
Requirements:
Male/Female – Max 30 years old.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field from reputable companies.
Good knowledge and skill in budgeting.
Outgoing personality, mature and good leadership.
Strong knowledge of people management, inventory management, cost control and quality control measures.
Ability to work independently and team work with deadline.
Minimum Tourism Senior High School or related F&B Certificate.
Having good communication & interpersonal skill.
Strong leadership and able to work in a team based and challenging environment.
Must be able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
Honest, responsible, communicative, self driven, dynamic personality.
Willing to work on public holidays or weekends.
