- Gaining control managemen maintenance planning control condition monitoring.
- Understand Utility's area, Gas Turbine process and Mechanical
- Understand ISO 9001: 2008, Tech area special
- Making work schedule in achieving target Balance Card's Score
- Active english language ability
- Can run computer
- Strong leadership, energik, on the level, ulet,loyal, explicit, oriented's target
