Qualification & Experience:
- Have 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having a passion in people development, good leadership and good communication
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree, Master Degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resource Management Engineering
- (Electrical/Electronic).
- Having an experience in Training and Learning Development especially in Power Plant industry, Mining, or Energy Resource industry
- Willingness to be placed at Cikarang
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training need analysis, development programanalysis, training and development administration,
- maintain training vendor relation, and regularly report the training & development achievement to management.
