This campaign will last several years (long term contract) and applicants need to have an experience with Geothermal wells.

Responsibilities:
- The Geothermal Drilling Supervisor will be involved in the overall drilling campaigns for the various geothermal projects. He will support the drilling team with practical input and experience to perform the following:
- Well design & engineering
- Drilling program including operation & site planning
- Drilling supervision and management
- Lead and direct the field drilling teams to meet/exceed the operational goals of quality, efficiency, productivity and cost controls
- Undertake health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and complu with local regulatroy agencies
- Drilling logistics
- Contracting & tendering (drilling equipment and services)
- Prepare rig data sheets for design of drilling equipment and safety factors
- Manage supplier relationships to guarantee optimal pricing and risk exposure
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Geothermal Drilling Projects)
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
- Contract position(s) available.
- Track record of operational excellence in geothermal drilling projects
- Consistent success in the application of improvement of planning and scheduling of drilling activities
- Excellence work planning and prioritization skill sets
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in support of contract writing, negotiation and application in the field
