Qualification :

• Bachelor degree S1 Agriculture (Having experience in Hybrid seed production preffered)
• Able to communicate in English, oral and written
• Computer literacy minimum MS Office
• Healthy both physically and mentally
• Capable of driving a car and have SIM C
• Honest, creative, dynamic and able to work hard
• Able to meet targets set by the company
• Willing to be placed and living in the field operations of PT. DuPont Indonesia.

Job Description :

• Keep zero incident of core value on Production Research operation
• Conduct Parent Testing Group as agreed time.
• Conduct agronomy research trial meet the expectation.
• Observe, provide and deliver the trial data & documentation as expected in agreed timeline.
• Support PR Corn & FIM to elaborate with PSPC team & Comm Team on product knowledge sharing & pilot production
• Self improvement for both soft and technical skill
