To support our expanding business we are looking for high qualified individuals for CHALLENGE & BIG OPPORTUNITIES for the following position:
Lowongan Kerja Terbaru Bandar Lampung Branch Manager (Lampung)
Responsibilities:
Supervise branch staff and ensure customer service meets high quality standards
Ensure effective management of sub-branches and kiosks
Develop sales plan for branch and work with branch staff to implement plan (aligned with bank-wide campaigns and messages)
Allocate sales targets to branch staff (sub-branch and kiosks staff) , and organize sales teams to achieve the targets
Continuously liaise with regional hubs to ensure efficient processing
Track performance/ effectiveness of local and bank-wide campaigns, and report results to HO
Approve branch (sub-branch and kiosks) expenses within authority levels, and rationalize expenses while maintaining standards of service
Identify loss making customers, manage bigger customers and devise ways to improve profitability (cross-selling, alternative channels)
Liaise with Collections & Recovery in Credit and provide regular report with delinquent customers
Ensure that branch (and sub-branch) cash levels and securities meet bank guidelines
Monitor the quality of service delivered by branch staff and take corrective action where necessary
Ensure that branch, sub-branch and kiosks staff are applying the most recent processes and procedures
Cooperate and facilitate work of Internal Audit and Risk Management to address gaps / respond to audit reports within agreed deadlines
Manage branch annual leave roster while ensuring appropriate flow of work
Monitor branch staff attendance in accordance with work schedule
Appraise and develop branch staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that they are well trained by liaising with HR
Represent the branch, sub-branch and kiosks in front of regional management, customers and authorities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
