HR/GA Officer

Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administration of policies & programs for employee benefit, data & documents, i.e. medical and Social Secureprogram
Perform HR administration, i.e. maintenance & filing of personnel records, employee agreement, employee leave, attendance system
Responsible for recruit & selection and in line with the manpower needs approved by the company as well as support for training activities ofemployees
Requirements:
Diploma (D3), Bachelor Degree (S1) or higher in Psychology, Law, Management or related fields.
Minimum 1 year in HR related fields for S1, and 3 years for D3.
Initiative, proactive coordination.
Well English communication both spoken and written, ability to work in vary organization, can work as a team, result-oriented, assertiveand hard worker, get used with under pressure situation.
Will be based at Palembang
