As an ERS Business Risk Consultant, you will be involved in providing business risk advisory services to our key clients, based on one of the following key industry and market focus:
Banking & Financial Services
Energy & Resources
Consumer Business and Transportation.

Internal Audit Services
In providing Internal Audit services, you will be involved in reviewing their business processes and operation procedures. In this role, you will help establish internal audit functions and recommend key measures to varied clients to help improve their internal controls effectiveness and efficiency. Types of key services that you will be involved included internal audit transformation, contract risk and compliance, quality assurance review, internal controls assessment and SOX-related reviews.
Governance, Risk & Regulatory Strategies
As part of our Governance, Risk & Regulatory Strategies team, you will work with clients to assess and improve their business and operational risk processes. You should possess a good understanding of governance and risk management framework (i.e. COSO, IOSCO, Basel 2/3, ISO 31000), regulatory & compliance requirements, industry processes, corporate governance and GRC solutions. Types of key services that you will be providing included business process enhancement, SOP review and development, regulatory compliance implementation assistance (i.e. IFRS, KYC, Basel 2/3, AML) and ERM framework assessment, design and implementation.Managers / Lead Consultants / Senior Consultants / Consultants
Requirements :
University graduates with Degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance, Industry
Engineering or equivalent. Masters qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in internal audit, governance and risk management, IFRS, regulatory compliance (BASEL, COSO, ISO31000, SOX, AML). Corporate working experience inbanking/FSI operations, treasury, RM unit, internal audit will be advantageous.
Familiar with RM analytical tools and software application (such as credit scoring/rating tools, statistical modeling & Business Intelligence) will be advantageous.
Hands on knowledge in IFRS accounting policy & SOPs (especially IAS 32/39 and/or PSAK 50 55), or IT system implementation will be advantageous.
Professional certification (e.g. CIA, CCSA, FRM, PRM, CFA, BSMR level 4) will be advantageous.
Enthusiastic, service oriented and team player.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
