BRANCH MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICE [BMDS]
Responsible to manage branch premises, vendor analysis, maintenance building, government permit, feasibility study for relocation and new branches
Requirement:
- Male / Female max.35 years
- Bachelor Degree [S1] in majoring architectural/Civil from reputable University
- Min.3 years working experience in building construction and branch development
- Strong knowledge in banking premises area will be an advantage
- Excellent in time management skill
- Strong presentation and analytical skill
- Good communication, interpersonal skill
- Computer skill [MS Office, Power Point, Auto Cad, Photoshop]
