Responsibilities:
- Handling Ticketing & Accommodation arrangement
- Arrange Medical Check Up
- Handling work permit
- Updating personnel’s document: CV, passport, seaman and BOSET certificate
- Arrangement for Bossed Training
- Arrangement & Updating schedule, time sheet, training matrix for all operations personnel
- Handling crew change
- Handling international correspondences
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma with 3 years’ experience in machinery purchasing especially for marine & tanker equipment
- Having good relation with domestic and overseas vendors
- Have strong understanding in logistic
- Have a good communication and coordination skill
- Good English & Computer literate
