Custom Clearance PPJK - (Sumatera Selatan)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure to delivery of excellent customer service, always meeting, if not exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain good relationship and work pro-actively with counter-parts ( both internal and external)
- Work closely with project team and support any development projects undertaken.
- Achieve the targeted KPI's, measurements, and client specific requirements - reporting as well as proactive action to prevent errors from occurring
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max. 38 years old
- Minimum 3 Years Experience export & import department at The Freight Forwarding Company
- Fluent in English and Computer
- Experience in handling operation, PIB and PEB system
- Willing to work hard, discipline, honest, under pressure & responsible for jobs
- Bachelor from reputable university
- Having PPJK Certificate
- Computer Literate : Ms. Office , Internet , Etc
- Palembang Domicile
